Remarks

If a value is null, then Price2 is constant and does not depend on the price changes of the main order. Also all sub orders will have the same price.

When value is specified price changes of the main order will affect Price2. Sub orders will have price according to OSOGroupingMethod specified in SendOSOOrders(OrderDraft, OrderDraft, OrderDraft, OSOGroupingMethod).
