This View command fixes the horizontal scroll bar in a permanent stationary position located on the right side of the chart. Refer to the Figure below.
To enable the function, click on View, select Lock Latest Bar and click.
Click on either of the scroll bar arrows to move the bar in either direction.
To disable the permanent position, deselect Lock Latest Bar to allow free scroll movement. Refer to the Figure
