Optionally, Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or higher. It can be replaced with command line compilation tools or a different IDE that supports .NET
We use .NET 4.6.2 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 in this guide
We didn't test with Linux/Mono

The latest version of GF API can be imported from NuGet.
